Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Dharawal Country, the Wodi Wodi people, on whose land Keira High School Proudly stands. Our school sits beneath Grandmother Mountain, Mount Geera, from which we take our name - a place of deep cultural significance. We pay our respects to Aboriginal people who continue to care for this land, passing on knowledge, culture, and stories that reflect the strength and wisdom of the world's oldest living culture. We are privileged to meet, learn and share on this sacred land. We honour Elders past and present, whose resilience and leadership have paved the way for future generations of strong, proud Aboriginal people.
