Stories and highlights
There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.
A year at our school

Recently, Year 7 attended the Nature Shake sustainability event at Wollongong Botanic Gardens, run by Wollongong City Council. The weather was perfect, and students engaged in a wide range of practical activities that explored themes of nature, sustainability, and creativity.
Our students represented the school exceptionally well throughout the day and gained valuable hands-on learning experiences.

Kaleb N and Max S represented our school with pride and incredible determination at the National Swimming Championships in Brisbane representing NSW.
Kaleb N impressed in a highly competitive field:
- 3rd – 100m Butterfly
- 5th – 100m Breaststroke
- 4th – 50m Butterfly
Meanwhile, Max S delivered an outstanding meet, finishing on the podium in all of his events:
- 2nd - 100m Breaststroke
- 2nd - 200m Breaststroke
- 3rd - 50m Breaststroke
In the 200m breaststroke, both Max and the 1st place student broke the national record – a huge milestone, even though only the winner’s name is etched in the books!

"We love our school for its supportive community and commitment to every student’s success. Our child feels safe and inspired every day.” — a parent of a Keira High School student
